What is the difference?
a. In this case your savings are limited and is almost nothing
b. The sky is the limit and depends on the prospect.
Therefore, case a is for retail customers and case b for business people
who want to create a residual income.
2. What Global1Touch is offering?
Global1Touch is offering any member (retail customer or agent) the following:
A. Ability to call anyone from anywhere in the world for Lowest Rates,
using the mobile phone or land line, INDEPENDENTLY on a Computer.
b. To Call from a mobile at VoIP Rates.
C. Global Number - Through which people who aren't Global1Touch members can
call a Global1Touch member.
D. Call Forwarding anywhere in the world.
This means that whenever someone calls a Global1Touch member, the member will
never miss a call for as long as his mobile is 'ON' and he reported the system the
right number where to forward the calls.
This gives anyone the Worldwide Telecommunication Mobility Freedom.
E. Sharable Account - Despite the unlimited Calling Plans, all other Calling Plans
can be shared by up to five different phone numbers. This allows a family or a
department members to share the account regardless their location in the world.
F. Additional Numbers : This allows to help people to call a Global1Touch
member for local call cost.
If the member runs a business and his customers or business associates are the
UK,his customers or business associates can call the member for the cost of a local
call and this way, he increases his availability and leverages the business.
The member can purchase up to four additional numbers.
An additional number can be used for Personal Call Back purpose.
G. Call Back Services.
Global1Touch introduced the Personal call Back service in addition to the regular
Call Back service in order to avoid the call back call to be banned.
In order to be able to use this feature, the member must have two
numbers,meaning that has to purchase an additional number after his registration.
One of the numbers will be associated with the 'Call Forward', means that will
include the information where to forward an incoming call and the second number
will be associated with the 'Call Back' feature.
In event the member wants to make a Personal Call Back, he dials his additional
number which is associated with the 'Call Back' feature, listens that it's ringing,
disconnects and the system comes back to his first number and asks him to enter
the number he wishes to dial followed by #.
3.How do we call using Global1Touch?
By Calling through 'Access Numbers' wherever are available or by using the Call
Back services.
4.What happens if the member dials the Access Number from a non registered
phone number? Can he make the call?
In event that the member dials the access number through a phone that isn't
registered than the system asks for a pin number which is in the back office.
After the member enters the pin number and the pin number is authorised by the
system, the member can make a call.
5. What are the Call Back Services?
a. Direct Call Back (may be banned in some countries)
b. Personal Call Back as already explained.
c. Web Call Back, which is a call initiated through a request sent to the system.
In a call back call, both sides may not be Global1Touch members.
d. SMS Call Back as explained above.
6. The 'Call Me Now' / 'Call Me Free' feature.
This is a Global personal 1800 toll number.
It can be added to the end of the mail or to any web site.
